Sales Account Executive

Salary: £21,000

Role Overview

The Sales Account Executive role is an essential part of the Sales team at iVendi. You will be a vital part of this customer centric department delivering outstanding account management to our clients. This opportunity offers a fantastic range of responsibilities including; maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers, achieving individual and company sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is very much a consultative sales role with strong relationship building skills required. You will not be making hundreds of calls a day, it really is all about getting to know your customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and fast-growing market leading company. You will receive full training and support to succeed in the role. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with some flexibility required.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the relationships predominantly with existing customers and third parties.
  • Understand customer needs and identify areas that technology can evolve our customers’ sales process.
  • Develop a real understanding of all technical and business needs of our customers.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by collaborating with external sales and various data teams to ensure growth and retention.
  • Proactively maximise customer information contained in the iVendi’s data houses.
  • Efficiently respond to marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all communications by phone and email and complete sales administration with accuracy and diligence.
  • Positively represent the company, its culture, values and products at all times.
  • The ability to work to targets and up-sell products to an existing customer base.

Integration Developer

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview

The Integration Developer role is an essential part of the Development team at iVendi. The main purpose of the role is the development of services dedicated to communication with 3rd party APIs typically (although not exclusively) utilising technologies such as HTTP with file formats such as XML and JSON.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding integration documentation of varied quality
  • Development of data mapping in accordance with documentation
  • Implementation of Web Services (different technologies)
  • Creation of unit tests and integration tests against 3 rd party UAT services
  • Liaise with technical teams across major lenders
Essential Skills

Senior QA Engineer

Salary: £40,000+ (depending on experience)

As a member of the Marketplace & Insight team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of iVendi’s award winning products is second to none.   You will join a team of highly regarded software engineers, all passionate about building great user experiences. You’ll be supporting a number of award-winning products within an agile working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that product development team produce high performing and stable products.
  • Evangelise the need for quality within the team to ensure all team members are considering quality at each stage of product design and development.
  • Ensure production code has been suitably unit tested, and sufficient automated testing exists.
  • Ensure production code has suitable end to end automated tests in place.
  • Perform manual testing when needed.
  • Ensure scalability and performance is considered and testing is in place.
  • Ensure data protection and security has been considered and relevant safeguards are in place.
  • Ensure sufficient monitoring/alerting of systems is in place to highlight problems proactively in the live environment.

Although we are predominantly a ‘.net shop’ we do not following everything Microsoft (if you want to work with Entity Framework or WCF, this is not the job for you). Our core services are written in C# however we embrace Open Source frameworks and packages such as NGINX, Nancy, GetEventStore, NSQ and ReactJS. Whilst you will have good knowledge of the .net framework and C#, you will also embrace the value of looking outside the gates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and fast-growing market leading company. You will receive full training and support to succeed in the role. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with some flexibility required.
