Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We have an immediate requirement for a Marketing Executive to join our in-house Marketing team to further develop our strategic communications through effective design.

The right candidate will be forward thinking, creative and not scared to experiment or suggest off the wall ideas. They must be open to learning, enjoy working hard to achieve maximum results and be prepared to work additional hours when required. The successful candidate will be someone that can throw all of their energy into a brand that they and the company can be even more proud of.

All communications both online and offline must ‘wow’ their audiences and deliver sharp focussed marketing messages.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead on all marketing activities and channels for the company to build and maintain a striking 'brand' identity for iVendi.
  • Gain and maintain a full understanding of iVendi's marketplace, our industry, the business, and the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to assist them achieve budgetary forecasts
  • Consistently produce new ideas and innovative marketing concepts to meet business needs and capitalise on marketing / brand building opportunities.
  • Deliver and land effective marketing campaigns which demonstrate ROI.
  • Liaise with and effectively manage the businesses relationship with external media companies and marketing partners.
  • Work with the wider internal design team, to ensure consistency of the brand across all media and that everything the business produces is on brand.
Essential Skills
  • The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
  • Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair and an ability to free hand sketch ideas
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
  • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple projects/campaigns
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs

Product Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview

The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of a product(s) within iVendi.

The Product Manager's primary function is to contribute to the product strategy and vision and manage the delivery of the product roadmap within a product focused Development Team. Using data and research to guide prioritisation and decision making the Product Manager will work closely with the Development Team and collaborate with stakeholders from across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Evangelise the product vision across the organisation, and externally.
  • Understand the needs and key problems faced by your target audience.
  • Manage the product roadmap and work with other stakeholders to make informed prioritisation decisions.
  • Analyse data to understand how the product is performing and identify problems and opportunities. Guide the focus of the Product Development Team by helping to define priorities and ensure value is delivered.

  • Publishing and constantly reviewing and communicating the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Working very closely with members of the Development Team to define requirements, run event storming workshops, create stories, and ensure the product value is being delivered.
  • Monitor the success of the product and Product Team through measuring KPI's.
  • Work with sales function to understand their needs and manage their expectations of product delivery.

The Sales Account Executive role is an essential part of the Sales team at iVendi. You will be a vital part of this customer centric department delivering outstanding account management to our clients.clients. This opportunity offers a fantastic range of responsibilities including; maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers, achieving individual and company sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is very much a consultative sales role with strong relationship building skills required. You will not be making hundreds of calls a day, it really is all about getting to know your customer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and fast-growing market leading company.   • Proactively manage the relationships predominantly with existing customers and third parties.

Senior Software Engineer C# - multiple roles

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Role Overview

The Software Engineer C# role is an essential part of the Development team at iVendi. Although we are predominantly a ‘.net shop’ we do not following everything Microsoft (if you want to work with Entity Framework or WCF, this is not the job for you). Our core services are written in C# however we embrace Open Source frameworks and packages such as NGINX, Nancy, GetEventStore, NSQ and ReactJS. Whilst you will have good knowledge of the .net framework and C#, you will also embrace the value of looking outside the gates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop code with unit + integrations tests, ability to follow detailed design briefs to deliver on features and functional requirements
  • Work with technical team members, business stakeholders and product managers to design and build software solutions

  • Work with the team to participate in eventstorming sessions, discussions, code reviews and test cycles
  • Provide 3 rd line support as and when required
  • Contribute to the writing of product documentation
Essential Skills
