iVendi Ltd connects with thousands of automotive dealers in the UK and thousands of consumer car buyers via dealer websites and consumer advertising portals. Due to continued growth we are seeking two additional Senior C# Engineers to work out of out Manchester (Exchange Quay) office.

ETL Developer

Manchester, M5

iVendi Ltd connects with thousands of automotive dealers in the UK and thousands of consumer car buyers via dealer websites and consumer advertising portals. We provide around 50 million finance quotations each month which provides us with a wealth of data we want to harvest to enable both new product opportunities and informed decision making. Reporting to the VP of Data and Insight, the role will play a key part in helping us develop and grow this exciting new area of the business.

The successful candidate will have experience of data stores such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery. The role will involve writing ETL jobs from a mix of SQL and nonSQL datastores including SQLServer, MongoDB and Azure. Experience of working with event based and unstructured data is a must. In addition a key part of the role will be developing a governance framework to monitor and maintain the integrity and performance of the data store.

Customer / Helpdesk Support Advisor

This Customer/Helpdesk Support Advisor role may be different from other typical roles of its kind.
Developing online and showroom solutions that make vehicle selling easier for car dealers, vehicle buying easier for consumers and vehicle finance easier for all, we are a Finance Software Solutions provider with exciting plans for continued growth.

With solutions in use by thousands of motor dealers across the UK we are committed and passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service and product support on an ongoing basis to all of our clients.

Based in our new high spec offices in Colwyn Bay (MacBook's and brand new desk set ups for everyone) there is now an immediate requirement for some additional Customer/Helpdesk Support Advisors to join our Client Services team. You will be a vital part of this customer centric department delivering outstanding service and support to clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and fast growing market leading company which offers pioneering solutions. You will have full training and support to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities
  • To assist the sales team to manage client accounts and continue to develop rapport with key contacts.
  • On-boarding customers from set up to product launch.
  • Ensuring smooth implementation of all products & services sold, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions.
  • Offering customers technical support or escalating issues when required.
  • Developing a real understanding of all the technical and business needs in the motor finance industry.
  • There will be a requirement to speak to clients, so a good telephone manner is a must have, along with a technical mind and problem-solving abilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications required
  • A proven customer service record and experience in delivering solutions based service.
  • Friendly and confident when communicating with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and changeable environment.
  • An analytical and professional approach with great problem solving skills - you need to be able to get to the root of the issue during your conversation with the customer.
  • Able to work in a team by demonstrating flexibility, a positive attitude and sharing knowledge - a real team player.
  • A logical thinker and systems driven.
  • Rapport Building - have the ability to build rapport and develop key relationships.
  • Customer focused - have the ability to listen and respond to customers providing a quality driven service.
  • Experience within the motor, finance or software industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a service desk role, first line response IT Support, or junior development skills would be an advantage but most importantly is your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • A passion and interest in new technology would also be an advantage.
