iktoria Sestan, iVendi’s Client Services Manager, tells us all about herself.

NAME: Vikki Sestan JOB TITLE: Client Services Manager

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I manage a fantastic team who handle dealer requests - from on-boarding to aftersales service and support.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED AT iVENDI? Just over two years.

WHERE DID YOU WORK BEFORE? Halifax, Vodafone and Brakes Group - in various roles including Area Manager, Business Development Manager,, Training Co-ordinator and Team Manager.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED IN THE MOTOR INDUSTRY? Two years - although because a few people in my family are Mercedes technicians, I have grown up around cars.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE MOTOR INDUSTRY? It’s ability to change and move with the times.

WHAT ONE THING WOULD YOU CHANGE ABOUT THE MOTOR INDUSTRY? Personally, I would steer clear of autonomous vehicles. They’re just not for me.

FIRST CAR: Fiat Bravo – with blacked out windows and OZ alloys. Aged 18, I was quite the girl racer.

CURRENT CAR: Alfa Romeo Giulietta.

DREAM CAR: Jenson Interceptor.

FAVOURITE PLACE: Mexico - sun, sea, beautiful beaches and a cocktail or three.

FAVOURITE BOOK: Along Came a Spider by James Patterson.

FAVOURITE SONG: I’m never able to choose just one song but, if pushed, I’d say Clocks by Coldplay.

FAVOURITE SPORTS TEAM: I’m more of an F1 fan really.

BEST ADVICE YOU EVER RECEIVED: Do the right thing, even when no one is watching. It’s called integrity.
